You can find Hassan Trading Co. at Dr.No. 4-2-203, in the Old Bhoiguda area on Mahankali Street. This part of town is always crowded and the streets are narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze getting larger items in and out of our space. We’re mostly a trading outfit, so our days are filled with checking invoices, talking to transporters, and making sure the stock levels are right. We deal with a variety of goods, and our storage space is packed to the ceiling with crates and bundles. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is hidden. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs; we mostly just have a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes customers come in and we have to move a few boxes just so they have a place to stand while we talk. The noise from Mahankali Street is constant, but it keeps us energized throughout the day. We’ve been trading here for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We don't use any complicated business strategies, we just buy things and sell them to people who need them. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just try to be fair and get through the day's work and hope for the best tomorrow.
