Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd.

Our place is located out at Survey No 69 in Kandlakoya, which falls under the Medchal Mandal. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, mostly surrounded by fields and other warehouses. Being in Gundlapochampally village means we are right in the thick of the agricultural side of things, which makes sense for what we do at Nuziveedu Seeds. The air out here feels a bit different, and the pace is definitely slower than what you’d find in the middle of a big town. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and moving bags around the warehouse. The seasons really dictate how busy we are; some months we are rushing from sunrise to sunset, and other times it’s just about maintaining the facility and keeping things clean. The office is small and functional, mostly used for keeping track of the inventory and taking calls from farmers or distributors. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertising boards on the property. It’s just a gate, a big yard, and the sheds where the work happens. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages, so we all know each other pretty well. We have lunch together under the shade when the sun gets too high. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who rely on what we put out. No one here wears a suit, and the boots usually have a bit of dirt on them.
