Google India

Our office is in the Sai Priya Apts, room 205. This is in the Lic Colony, specifically Plot No 24 and 27 in Guddimalkapur, Hyderabad. The pincode is 500028. It’s a regular apartment building. When you think of Google India, you might think of those huge offices in Hitech City, but we are here in this local spot. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly families living around us. We have our desks set up in the apartment rooms. It's a bit quiet during the day, which is nice for getting work done. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, just a small kitchen where we make our own tea and coffee. Guddimalkapur is a good area, not too far from everything else in the city. We see the neighbors in the hallway and say hello. The office is just a place for us to do our daily tasks. We don't have any flashy signs on the door. It’s just room 205. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find the plot numbers in the colony, but we eventually get our mail. We aren't doing any big promotional stuff. We just come in, do the work on our computers, and go home. It’s a simple office life in a normal Hyderabad neighborhood. We like the quietness of the Lic Colony compared to the busier parts of the city. It is just a regular place to work.
