Global Glass

We handle glass over here in Chilkalguda. The shop is at H No 11-4-322/19/1/A/1 and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. We have been in Secunderabad for a good length of time now. Working with glass is heavy and you have to be careful all day. It’s mostly just us cutting and moving sheets around. People come in when they break something or need a window fixed. We don't have many employees, just a few guys who know how to handle the material. Sometimes we get busy and the phone rings a lot but we try to answer when we can. The workspace isn't very large so things get stacked up against the walls. It stays pretty dusty from the cutting. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us going. Most of the neighbors know what we do. If you need something specific it helps to call ahead so we can see what's in the back. Glass is just one of those things everyone needs eventually. We stay open pretty regular hours unless something comes up. It's decent work. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. The street can get a bit loud with the trains nearby but we are used to it by now. It is just a normal shop doing normal things for the people around Secunderabad.
