We are located in Santosh Colony, specifically at R.K. Puram in Secunderabad. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 32-67-85/3, but once you find the main road, it’s easy enough. We deal with apparel mostly. It’s a busy setup here. We have boxes stacked up in the corners and people moving around all day. The office part is just a few desks shoved together where we handle the paperwork and phone calls. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have a few fans going all the time. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around to send emails, which can be frustrating. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but our building always has something going on. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. People usually just know where we are. Our staff is mostly local folks who have been with us since the start. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the orders coming in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble turning into the narrow lane, so we have to go out and help them navigate. It’s just part of the daily routine here at the colony. We focus on getting the clothes out on time and keeping the coffee pot full. It is a bit disorganized, but we always find what we need eventually.
