Our shop is in Geetanagar, Ferozguda. We do plastic manufacturing at H No 7 4 203. It’s a busy little industrial pocket. Mounika Plastic Industries has been running for a few years. The main thing you notice is the smell of melting plastic and the constant thud of the molding machines. It’s very hot inside, especially in the summer months. We make various plastic items that people use every day. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most of our stuff is packed into bags and sent out as soon as it’s cooled down. The guys working here are from the local neighborhood. We have our routines and we stick to them. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half a day fixing them, which is a pain. We aren't a big corporation with suits and meetings. We wear old clothes and get our hands dirty. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. Ferozguda is a good location for us because it’s easy for the transport trucks to come and go. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just make the parts and try to stay on schedule. It’s a practical business run by regular people who just want to do their jobs and make a living. We’ve been at it for a while and we know how to handle the equipment properly to avoid any unnecessary waste.
