It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main city roads. We work out of this building, and it feels more like a house than a big company office. At Vaishnavi Biotech, we deal with a lot of samples and agricultural stuff. There are always some bottles or packets lying around on the tables. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's business. The morning starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before it gets too hot. Secunderabad summers can be brutal, so the fans are always on full blast. We spend a lot of time looking at data or talking to farmers and suppliers who come by. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come in and you’ll likely see one of us working at a desk covered in papers. We’ve been in this colony for quite some time now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup where we just try to get the work done without much fuss. We focus on the biotech side of things, mostly related to plants and soil, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
