Elmas Magnetics (P) Ltd.

Our unit, Elmas Magnetics (P) Ltd., is located at B-30A in the Electronic Complex at Kushaiguda. Being in the Ecil Post area means we are surrounded by a lot of other technical businesses, which feels right for what we do. The building is a basic industrial structure, the kind you see all over this complex. Inside, it’s mostly about the equipment and the worktables. We aren't big on corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, check what needs to be manufactured or tested, and get to it. The air in Kushaiguda always has that faint smell of industry, and the sounds of the complex are just background noise to us now. We have a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. There’s no need for big speeches or complicated rules. We just make sure the magnets and whatever else we are working on are handled properly. Sometimes the weather makes the workshop a bit hot, so we keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s honest work, and we’ve been at it for years. People know where to find us if they need something specific. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising because the work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us in the complex. It’s just a steady, daily routine for us here. We prefer it that way.
