Ellar Innovative Air Systems

Our place is at 33-B in Vasavi Colony, over in the Picket area. Ellar Innovative Air Systems is basically just a group of us who know a lot about how air moves through buildings. It’s not something people think about until it stops working, then it's all they can think about. We spend our days looking at vents, fans, and ductwork designs. The office in the colony is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have fancy meetings. We usually just sit around the main table and figure out how to solve whatever problem a customer brought to us that morning. Sometimes the calculations are a bit of a pain, but we've been doing this long enough that we usually find a way through. Being in Vasavi Colony is nice because it feels more like a community than an industrial park. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. We try to be practical about everything. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just want the air systems to do what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of measuring and checking and then checking again. We like the work well enough and we just keep plugging away at it every day. It is a quiet life of solving ventilation puzzles and making sure the hardware is installed correctly before the next big heatwave hits the city.
