Our other spot for Elmas Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-32 A in the Electronics Complex in Ecil. It’s quite close to our other unit, which helps when we need to move things back and forth. This part of Ecil is always busy with people working on different technical projects. At B-32 A, we keep things pretty simple. It’s a workspace for putting things together and checking that everything works like it should. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy storefront. It’s just a practical building with workbenches and the tools we need for our magnetics work. The lighting isn't always the best, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been part of this complex for years now. It feels like home to us. The neighbors are similar businesses, so everyone understands the noise and the mess that comes with manufacturing. We spend most of our hours here just focusing on the tasks at hand. We don't really have a marketing person. Most of what we do is just based on people knowing we are here at B-32 A. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just do the work and try to keep things organized enough to get through the week. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which can be annoying, but we just work around it and keep going with whatever else needs doing.
