Cafe Desire

Cafe Desire sits right on Vikrampuri Main Road. It is a place that sees a lot of traffic passing by every single hour. We spend our time here dealing with the smells of roasted beans and the sounds of the machines running. It is not some ultra-modern lounge with minimalist furniture. We have chairs that are meant for sitting and tables that have seen plenty of cups over the years. The morning rush is usually the loudest part of our day, when everyone is in a hurry to get somewhere else. Once that settles down, it gets a bit more relaxed. We have a few regulars who come in and sit in the same corner every day, which we always appreciate. The staff here is just a bunch of regular people who know how to handle the equipment and keep things tidy. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just know how to treat people right when they walk through the door. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud or the floor needs a quick sweep, but we do our best to stay on top of it. Vikrampuri Main Road can be a hectic place to be, but inside these walls, we try to keep things simple and straightforward. It’s just about serving what people want without making a big fuss over it. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for a long time yet. It is just a part of the daily routine.
