Secunderabad is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just focused on the sales work inside. It’s an office environment, but it’s definitely not one of those sterile corporate spaces. There are stacks of files and usually a few people on the phones talking to customers. We deal with sales, so there is always a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days the lift is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’ve been in New Bowenpally for a while and the location works well for us. It’s a residential and commercial mix, so it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t do a lot of flashy marketing. Most of our business comes from people who know where we are or find us through the usual channels. Our space is functional. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and all the equipment we need to track our sales. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure the orders are processed and the customers are looked after. It’s a simple, honest way to work and we just try to keep things organized every day.
