Our office is located in the Bigapple Arcade, which is part of the Usha Kiran Complex in Secunderabad. It’s a busy area with a lot of people walking by every day. We handle lifestyle products, which covers a bit of everything that makes life a little more comfortable. The shop is at 1-8-167 to 179, so we have a good amount of space to display what we have. It’s not like those high-end luxury stores where you’re afraid to touch anything. We want people to feel at home here. The shelves are usually packed, and we try our best to keep things tidy, though it’s hard when it gets busy on the weekends. We have a few staff members who have been here for years, and they know where every single item is kept. We don't go in for big sales pitches. If someone likes something, they buy it. We just try to keep a good variety of things in stock so there’s always something new to look at. Secunderabad has its own charm, and being in the arcade means we get to talk to all sorts of people. Sometimes we just sit near the entrance and watch the crowd go by when things are slow. It’s a good life, and we like being the place where locals come to find something nice for their homes or themselves.
