We are tucked away in the Avanthi Cooperative Society over in Balamrai, Secunderabad. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main industrial zones, located at Plot No. 2/A. People sometimes get confused because we’re in a residential-style society, but we’ve been operating here for quite some time. We handle specialty products, which means we spend a lot of time looking at very specific parts and technical details. It’s not the kind of stuff you see every day. The office is a bit of a mix between a storage space and a workspace. We have shelves lined with boxes and a couple of computers where we track the shipments coming from other places. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a few workers who handle the packing and moving. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Usually, it's just the sound of the printer or someone on the phone explaining a part number to a customer. The commute here in Secunderabad can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, but once we’re inside, we just get on with the day’s tasks. We aren't doing anything fancy, just making sure the right products go to the right people at the right time. Most of our day is spent checking manifests and talking to the couriers who come by to pick up the orders. It’s steady work and keeps us occupied from morning to evening. It works for us.
