Avia Careers is situated over at Diamond Towers, specifically in units 202 and 209. We are right on Sarojini Devi Road, which most people know is a busy street. If you are looking for us, we’re right beside the Belson Taj Hotel. It’s a good landmark to use because the hotel is quite tall. Our space in the tower is where we handle everything related to career services. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking over papers. The building has a lot of other offices too, so there is always a mix of people in the elevators and hallways. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Inside our office, it’s mostly just files and desks. We try to keep things quiet enough so we can concentrate. Sometimes the traffic outside on Sarojini Devi Road gets a bit noisy, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We’re just a small team trying to help folks with their career paths. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in, we sit down, and we talk. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the towers and the hotel next door. It’s a straightforward setup where we just focus on the work at hand every day. Anyway, that is what we do here.
