Adarsh Flyash Bricks & Tiles Industry is situated at No. 1-3/1, Yapral, over in Balaji Nagar. We are right adjacent to the Military Firing Range, so we hear the training exercises quite often while we work. It’s a bit of a unique spot, but it works for us. We do more than just bricks; we’ve got tiles going too. The yard is usually a mix of different shapes and sizes stacked up high. Yapral is a busy area, and being in Balaji Nagar puts us right where people can get to us easily. We don't have any marketing experts or a sales team. We just have a few guys who know how to run the presses and load the pallets. The work is physical and tiring, especially when the sun is beating down on the open yard. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make fly ash products that people need for their construction projects. You can usually find me near the back, checking on the latest batch of tiles or talking to a driver about a delivery route. The firing range next door is a constant reminder of where we are. We just keep our focus on the machinery and the mud. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We try to keep the place organized, though with bricks and tiles everywhere, it’s always a bit of a struggle.
