Our warehouse is located at 5-1-283/288 in Old Ghasmandi, over in the Ranigunj area. If you’ve ever been to Ranigunj, you know it’s the place to go when you need hardware or metal. We handle tube distribution, which mostly means moving long metal pipes around all day. It’s heavy work and the place is usually covered in a bit of metal dust. We have stacks of tubes piled up against the walls. It’s not a pretty office, just a functional space where we load and unload trucks. The guys working here have been with us for a while, and they know where everything is kept. Sometimes the traffic in Ghasmandi makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in or out, which can be a real headache. We just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a glossy catalog or a sales team. We just answer the phone and tell people what we have in stock. If someone needs a specific size, we go out back and check. It’s a very basic business. We’ve been at this spot for years and the local contractors know we’re here. It’s just about getting the right tubes to the right people on time. We keep the ledger updated by hand mostly and just keep working through the orders as they come in.
