We run Elemech Casting out of Plot No-27 in the K-1 area of the Zone-1 Market in Sector-11. It is a proper industrial zone, so there are a lot of other workshops and units nearby. Casting is a messy business, and our place reflects that. There is always sand, metal scraps, and the smell of the furnace in the air. We have been doing this for several years now. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the foundry area and then a small space where we check the finished pieces for any big flaws. It is not a place where you would want to wear your best clothes. We spend most of our time working on molds and pouring metal. It takes a lot of patience to get things right. We aren't a big corporation with fancy branding. We are just a group of people who know how to cast metal parts. The market area can get quite crowded with deliveries and people moving equipment around. We have some regular customers who rely on us for their spare parts and custom bits. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a job is too big or too weird for us, we just say so. We like to keep things simple and focus on the castings we produce. It is hot and tiring work, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and work on the next batch after the previous one cools. We usually finish up late.
