You can find us at B-27 Vijay Laxmi Kunj in the Green Park area. We are near the Rajesh Coach stop on Agra Road. It’s a bit outside the main city center, which makes it a little quieter. Vijay Laxmi Gems Arts has been our family business for a long time. We work with stones and different kinds of art pieces. The workshop is right in the same building, so you can often hear the sound of tools going. It’s not a polished showroom. We have stone dust on the floor and tools scattered on the benches. That is just how a real workshop looks. We don't try to hide it. My cousins and I do most of the work ourselves. We learned from our uncles. Sometimes we sit out front in the evening when the sun goes down. The Green Park neighborhood is nice, and we know most of the people who live around here. We don't do much marketing. If someone needs something made, they usually just show up or call us. We keep a few finished pieces in the front window, but most of what we have is tucked away in drawers and boxes. It’s a lot of work to keep everything sorted by size and color. We just keep at it every day. It’s what we know how to do, so we do it. The Agra Road traffic is always moving, but we stay focused on our stones.
