Sharvan Dal Mills

My family has been running Sharvan Dal Mills for quite some time now. We are located right at Gangapur Chauraha, which is easy to find since it's just opposite the Balaji Mandir. Most people around here know where that is. We spend our days processing different types of pulses and dal. It's dusty work but someone has to do it so folks have food on their tables. The machinery is loud and we stay busy from morning until late at night. We aren't a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a mill where the work gets done. Sometimes the trucks block the road when they are unloading the raw grains, which can be a bit of a mess for the traffic. My father started things here and I just keep it going day by day. We don't really have a website or do much advertising. People just come by the gate or call us when they need a load of dal. The location is good for business because it’s a main crossing. We see a lot of traffic passing by the temple every single day. If you are ever near Gangapur Chauraha, you will probably smell the grain dust in the air. It is just a simple place where we work hard and try to get the orders out on time. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the machines and making sure the dal is cleaned right before it goes out.
