You can find us at Plot No. 61 in Adarsh Nagar A, which is part of the Pachipalya area near Jaipur. It’s a bit out of the main city, so things are usually a little quieter around here except for the occasional truck passing by. Rao Hammir Placement and Security Service is a small operation that I run with my family. We do two things: we help local people find jobs and we provide security for some of the warehouses nearby. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. It’s just a simple room with a ceiling fan that clicks and some old wooden chairs for people to sit in while they wait. A lot of young men from the nearby villages come to us looking for their first job in the city. We try to help them out as best we can. The security side of the business keeps us busy at night, making sure the local plots and storage areas are safe. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure to show people. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and walks in to talk. The road outside can get a bit messy when it rains, but we are always here. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our own business and we take pride in helping our community find work.
