Anand Pharma

Anand Pharma is situated right near the Canara Bank. It is a very convenient spot because so many people have to go to the bank anyway. We see people coming in with their bank papers and then stopping by our counter on their way out. The bank is a big landmark, so we never have to give complicated directions. Our shop is quite small, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We’ve got shelves lining every wall, filled with all sorts of supplies. It can get a bit crowded when more than two people are inside at once, but we manage just fine. We have a regular routine of checking the stock every Monday to see what we need to order more of. The sound of the bank door opening and closing is like a clock for us. We don’t have a lot of fancy advertisements. Most of our customers come here because they were already next door at the bank or they live in the houses nearby. It is a very local kind of place. We keep things honest and simple. No big speeches or promises, just the medicine people need and a bit of conversation if it isn't too busy. We like the spot we have here. It feels like a natural part of the street near the bank and we plan on staying.
