You can find us at Plot No. 21/ 1/2/3 in the Gidc Estate Manjsuar. It’s a pretty large area we have here, spanning across those joined plots. Being in Manjsuar means we are a bit further out from the main city, but there’s plenty of space for the big boilers and heating equipment we handle. The air smells a bit like oil and hot metal most days. We have a lot of guys on the floor wearing blue overalls, moving parts around with the overhead crane. It’s a serious environment because the things we build are huge. We don't spend much time on the office side of things. Most of the real work happens out in the shed where the heat is. We get a lot of trucks coming in from out of state to pick up the big units. It takes a lot of coordination to get those loaded up without any hiccups. The yard is usually full of raw materials waiting to be processed. We’ve seen the Gidc Estate grow quite a bit since we first moved in. New shops are popping up all the time, but we’ve stayed in our spot. It’s a reliable place to work. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the assemblies put together right. It's tough work but it's what we know how to do here at Thermax Ltd. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
