Our workshop is at Plot No. 49 in the GIDC Estate in Por-Ramangamdi. It’s a very industrial setting, surrounded by other sheds and factories. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. It’s just a plain building where we get our work done. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the place has a bit of wear and tear, but it serves its purpose. Most of what we do is manual and involves a lot of machinery. It’s noisy and there’s always a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. We don’t have a dedicated sales team or anyone in marketing. To be honest, most of our orders come from the same people we’ve been working with for years. We like it that way. The guys on the floor know exactly what they’re doing and we don’t need much supervision. We have a small desk area where we keep the books and handle the billing, but that’s about it. It gets pretty warm in the summer, so we usually have the big fans blowing all day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with our office. We just care about making sure the products are made right and the trucks are loaded on time. It’s a simple, straightforward operation and we’re happy to keep it that way for the long haul.
