Aerzen Machines India is based out of Plot No. E-115 and 116 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a decent-sized space, which we need for all the blowers and compressors we handle. It’s mostly iron, steel, and the sound of heavy equipment running throughout the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the team here is used to the industrial environment. We don't have much in the way of a fancy front office; most of the action happens back where the machines are. We spend a lot of time on maintenance and making sure the technical specs are met for every unit that goes out the door. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we’ve all learned to talk a bit louder over the noise. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just know our way around these machines. Some days we’re dealing with technical issues that take all afternoon to solve, and other days it’s just about getting the paperwork finished for a delivery. It’s a steady kind of work. We have our regulars who come by, and we try to treat everyone fairly. The GIDC is a busy place, and we’re just one part of the machinery that keeps things going around here. We show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is done.
