At Plot No. 15 in the Alindra GIDC Estate, things stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been operating out of this facility for a good while, and most of the staff have been here since the early days. It’s a straightforward industrial setup where the focus is on the machines and the output. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Instead, we have a lot of floor space for production and a small corner where we keep the paperwork. The Alindra area is a bit quieter than some other parts of GIDC, which we actually prefer because it makes logistics a bit easier. We spend our time making sure the raw materials are right and the final products aren't flawed. It’s manual work for the most part, and it gets greasy and loud, but that’s the nature of the industry. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. If you come by, you'll probably see a couple of trucks loading up near the gate. We keep a simple routine: start early, check the machines, run the lines, and clean up before heading home. It's not glamorous, but it’s honest work that pays the bills and keeps the local guys employed. We just try to do right by the people who buy from us and get things shipped on time.
