Abp Induction Systems Pvt. Ltd. is found at Plot No. E-120, Unit-ii in the Gidc Estate. We share the area with a lot of other industrial shops and small factories, so there is always something going on in the street. Our work involves induction systems, which is a lot of technical electrical components and careful assembly. The workshop is where we spend almost all of our time. It is full of long benches, soldering irons, and various parts scattered around. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where every single tool and screw is kept. We don't have a big corporate ladder or management layers here. If something needs doing, someone just steps up and does it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the daily news or local gossip during our short breaks. It is a very grounded environment to work in. We have been at this Gidc spot for a while now and we have seen many neighbors come and go over the years. We don't do any flashy marketing or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who have known our faces for years. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the night getting it back on track for a client. We don't mind the hard work because it keeps us busy. We are a small, tight-knit group at Abp Induction and we just want to keep things simple and get the orders out on time.
