We are located out in the GIDC Estate at Alindra, specifically at Plot No. 25 and 26 in Phase-3. It’s a large industrial site where we deal with power products and systems. This isn’t a small office setup; it’s a proper facility with plenty of space for the equipment and the teams. The area is filled with other factories, so there is a constant flow of trucks and workers coming through the gates. Our day usually starts with a check of the production lines. There is a lot of technical stuff going on, with power components and various electrical systems being put together. It gets pretty loud on the floor when everything is running at once. We have a good number of people working here, and we all have our specific areas to look after. Alindra is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where the work is. We spend most of our time in our uniforms, making sure the parts are exactly how they should be before anything leaves the plot. It’s not the kind of place for suits and ties. We are hands-on and focused on the output. There’s always a bit of grease or some wire scraps around, but that’s just part of the environment. We just keep our heads down and follow the schedules to keep the power products moving out the door. It is hard work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
