Our setup for Prakash Steelage Ltd is located at A/P-Tikhora, out in the Taluka area of Maharashtra. Being out here in 425409 is a lot different than being in the middle of a big city like Mumbai. Things move a bit slower, but the work is just as heavy. We deal with a lot of steel parts and industrial materials that come through this part of the state. The yard can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up across the open fields, and the sun really cooks the metal by mid-afternoon. We’ve got a small crew of locals who know the rhythm of the place. It’s mostly about loading and unloading trucks and making sure the inventory is where it should be. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists; you’ll usually find someone in grease-stained clothes or carrying a clipboard near the main gate. The road out here isn't always the smoothest, but we manage to get the supplies out to where they’re going. It's a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of us have been working with steel for years, so we know the sound of a good batch just by how it hits the floor. There’s a sense of community in Tikhora, and we’re just another part of the landscape, keeping the steel moving and making sure the paperwork stays somewhat organized. It’s honest labor, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else.
