Peace Masale Group Llp is based out in Village Bamkheda. It’s a quiet place in the Shahada taluka, right near the Valmiki Bhavan. Being in the Nandurbar district means we are surrounded by a lot of farmland, which feels right for a business like ours. We work with masalas every single day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we get the grinding and packing done. We are a small group of people who grew up around here. We don't use big words or have fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes that means working late if there’s a big order, and other times we finish early and go home to our families. The village life is good for us. We don't have to deal with city traffic, just the occasional tractor on the road. We get our supplies from the local markets and try to keep things simple. People around Bamkheda know us by name. We don't bother with expensive brochures or commercials. We just focus on the masalas. If the spices are good, people will come back, and that’s been our experience so far. It’s a humble way to live, but it’s ours. We just keep moving forward one day at a time here in the village, hoping for a decent harvest for everyone.
