Jagma World School

Our school is situated at Post Khed Digar, right on State Highway 5 in Shahada. It is a pretty clear landmark for anyone driving through the Nandurbar district. We see the buses and trucks go by all day long while the kids are inside. The place is called Jagma World School. We have kids coming in from the nearby villages and the town area. It is a big responsibility looking after so many students from morning until the afternoon. The building is a decent size and we have some open space for the children to run around during their breaks. Living and working out here near the highway means we are easy to reach. We deal with all kinds of school stuff like uniforms, books, and keeping the classrooms tidy. It is a lot of work but that is just how it is. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit messy, especially when it rains around here. We just deal with it and keep the school running. Our staff lives locally mostly. We are not some big chain with fancy offices elsewhere. This is just us here in Shahada. People know who we are in this part of the country. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the gate is locked on time. It is a simple life at the school and we just try to get through the curriculum each year.
