Faiz Clinic

You can find our clinic on the Khetwadi Road in Shahada, very close to the petrol pump. It is a convenient spot because many people stop there for fuel and then see us right nearby. We are on the way towards Nandurbar, so we get people from the town and also people who are just traveling through the area. The clinic is a basic building, nothing too modern, but it stays fairly cool even when the sun is hitting the road outside. There’s a lot of space around us, not like the crowded city clinics, so it feels a bit more open. Sometimes you can smell the petrol from the pump next door, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a small waiting area with some plastic chairs and a table with some old magazines that nobody really reads. I usually sit near the front so I can see who is coming in from the road. The people in Shahada are mostly hardworking folks, and they appreciate that we are here in a spot that’s easy to get to. We don’t have any big advertisements or glowing signs. We just have a simple board with the name Faiz Clinic on it. Most of our patients come because someone told them we were here. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the engines from the road and the petrol pump nearby.
