Aviral Sahayog Micro Aid Foundation

Our office is actually a bit different because it’s C/O Smt Vandana Vinodrao Borkar. We are located in Laxmi Nagar, which is in Belgaon, Berdi. It’s all part of Sausar. The Aviral Sahayog Micro Aid Foundation operates from here. It’s more of a home-style setup than a cold office building. We like it that way because it feels more personal for everyone involved. When you’re dealing with micro aid, you want people to feel like they can actually talk to you. Being in Laxmi Nagar means we’re right in the middle of where people live. It’s not a fancy commercial district. We have our paperwork and our meetings right there in Belgaon. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when people drop by all at once. Sausar is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so word travels fast. We don't really bother with advertisements or anything polished. We just do the work. Smt Vandana Vinodrao Borkar helps keep things organized. It’s a very hands-on way to run a foundation. We don't have a big board of directors or anything. It’s just us and the local community. We try to be helpful whenever we can. The streets around Berdi can be narrow, but it’s home for us. We just keep things moving along day by day without any fuss or fancy talk. It's just how we do things in this part of Sausar.
