Counto Microfine Products Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No.-161-162 within the Gidc Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other businesses and factories, so there is always a lot of activity and noise going on. It’s not exactly the most scenic place to work, but it’s where the actual work gets done. We handle microfine products, which is a bit more specialized than just general building supplies you see elsewhere. The facility is set up to deal with the technical side of things, but at the end of the day, we are still just a bunch of people working hard. We spend a lot of time in the factory area making sure the machinery is running like it should. It can get quite hot inside the building, especially during the summer months. The Gidc area is convenient though because the roads are built for big trucks, which really helps when we are moving our products out. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that here. Most of our visitors are people coming for business or delivery drivers. We've been at this plot for a while and have seen the whole industrial area grow up around us. It’s a busy environment, and we fit right in with the rest of the companies here. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. It is a lot of routine, but that’s how we make sure everything is okay.
