We are Zarkala Mahila Hastshilp Producer Company Limited. Our setup is located at House Number 145 in the village of Dugraiya, specifically in the Kuwargaon area. You can find us care of Sanjeev. It is a rural spot, very different from the big city offices you see elsewhere. Being in Vill-Dugraiya means we are close to the people who actually do the work. We handle a lot of handcrafted items here. The house at number 145 serves as our main point of contact for everything. It’s a bit of a walk to get here if you don’t know the village roads well. We spend our days coordinating with the women in the community. That is what the "Mahila Hastshilp" part of our name is about. It’s about the work they do with their hands and their skills. We don't have any fancy machines or big corporate systems. It’s all very local and very direct. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things moving out to the buyers, but we manage. Sanjeev helps keep things organized at the house. We have stacks of finished goods waiting to go out. It’s a lot of small-scale production. We are just a group of people in Dugraiya trying to keep these traditional skills alive and make a living from it. We don't talk much about "visions" or "strategies." We just focus on the next batch of work and getting it done properly.
