Lotusrohtas Infra Services Private Limited is located at Ii 173 Jme Colony, which is in the Kotabasti area near the N.T.P.C. Plant. Being so close to the plant means there’s always a lot of activity and movement around our office. Jme Colony is a quiet enough place to get work done, but you can definitely feel the industrial energy from the nearby plant. Our office is where we handle all the service side of the infra business. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of binders full of technical details and service records. We spend a good chunk of our day dealing with the logistics of moving crews and equipment. Since we’re in Kotabasti, we’re used to the dust and the noise that comes with being near a big utility site. It’s a no-nonsense environment, which suits the way we work. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or polished floors because we’re mostly focused on the actual services we provide. The space is lived-in and functional, which is exactly how we like it. Working near the N.T.P.C. plant gives us a good sense of the scale of things, and it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure each service call is handled and each piece of paperwork is filed where it belongs at the end of the day.
