Our place is located at House No 88 in Sada Homes, which is part of Bhagat Singh Ward. We’re right near the NH 7 on Rewa Road in Katiya Kalan. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of trucks passing by. At Ikshapurti Associates Private Limited, we spend our days dealing with various real estate and associate works. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. Katiya Kalan is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we get a lot of walk-ins. People just stop by to ask about land prices or if we know anyone selling. We try to keep up with the local news and who is building what. It’s a busy ward to be in. The NH 7 brings a lot of movement to the area. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we’re always cleaning. We don't have any fancy marketing people. It's just us doing the daily tasks. Our team is small, mostly people from the nearby wards. We understand the local land laws and how things work around here. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities. We just keep doing our thing and helping out where we can. There is usually a stray dog sleeping near our front steps.
