We are located over on Jagatdev Talab Road, right near the Jeevan Jyoti Colony area in Satna. It’s a busy part of town. We’ve been operating out of Pushpraj Colony for a good number of years now. Most folks around here know where we are. We mostly deal in basic building supplies and hardware things that people need for their daily repairs or bigger construction jobs. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with shelves full of stuff. It gets a bit crowded inside when a lot of customers come at once. We spend most of our day checking stock and making sure we have what people ask for. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next truck to arrive. That is just how it goes in this business. Being close to the talab means it's easy for people to find us without a map. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. We open up early and close when the sun goes down. If someone needs a particular tool or some material, they just drop by and ask. We keep it straightforward. No big talk or corporate stuff, just selling what’s on the shelves to the neighbors and local contractors who have been coming to us since we started. It's a simple life running Gaurav Traders here in Satna.
