If you are driving through Satna and pass the petrol pump at Uchawa Tola, that is where you will find our manufacturing unit. Akona Tilestone is a bit of a noisy place because of the machines, but we got used to it. Dailora is a busy area, so there is always something going on. We make different kinds of stones and tiles right here on site. It’s a messy business with all the dust and water used for cutting. We don't wear suits or anything like that; usually, it's just work clothes and boots. Most of our days are spent checking the batches and making sure the cutters are running okay. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see the finished product come out of the machines. The guys working here have been with us since we opened. We are just local people from Satna trying to keep the business going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating but that’s just life here. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. If someone needs stone, they usually just show up at the gate. It’s a practical setup. We keep the office small because most of the action happens on the floor. It’s just how it is at our place near the pump.
