Our small office is in the Bardadih area of Satna. We are located right across from the Badri Vishal Gate, so it is a landmark that everyone knows. Kiran Singh is the one in charge of the day-to-day work here. We deal with properties and land, mostly helping people around the district. It is not a very fancy setup. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for the files, and enough chairs for when a family comes in to discuss a deal. The gate across the road is always busy with people coming and going. We like being in this spot because it feels like we are in the middle of everything. We aren't the type of company that sends out lots of emails or does fancy presentations. We prefer to talk to people face to face and explain things simply. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time because of the government offices, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. Satna is growing, and we see new houses going up all the time. We try to keep track of who is selling what so we can give good advice when asked. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around to look at different sites. We don’t have any big slogans or missions. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done for our neighbors and clients. It is practical work and we enjoy it.
