We are over at One Earth Residency in Chandan Nagar, which is in the Kodoli area of Satara. Specifically, we’re in Flat No. 105 on the first floor of building 272/A/1B. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. Most of us here are locals from around the Satara area, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. This marketing business keeps us busy throughout the week. Sometimes the traffic near the residency gets a bit much during the peak hours, but that is just how it is around here. We have a small team working out of this office. It’s not a huge corporate setup, just a regular space with some desks and computers where we handle the daily tasks for Utrani Marketing Services Private Limited. We spend time on our phones and laptops for the people we work with. The weather in Satara can get quite hot, but the office stays okay. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything, just a front door and a place to sit. People usually find us easily enough once they get to Plot No. 22. It’s a straightforward operation we have going on here. We started this because we wanted to do something locally instead of moving to a bigger city. It feels good to be working right here in the 415004 pin code area. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to happen.
