Our office for Utopia Automation And Control Pvt. Ltd. is at P-415 in the IT Park. We are right near the Excise Office in the Old MIDC area. It’s an interesting part of the city because you have the modern IT buildings on one side and the older industrial units on the other. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of control panels and automation equipment lying around because that’s what we spend our time on. It’s not the quietest place, especially with the traffic coming to the Excise Office, but it has a good energy to it. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or putting together systems for different clients. We don't have any fancy leather chairs or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a kettle and some basic desks. It’s a place where work actually happens. The team has been together for a while, so we all know how the others work. We get a lot of visitors who are lost looking for other buildings in the IT Park, but we don't mind helping them out. Being in the Old MIDC means the infrastructure is a bit aged, but it gives the place some character. We just keep doing our thing and making sure the automation stuff we build actually works.
