T.S. Windpower Developers is located out in Satara. Mr. Vikas Madhukar Bansode, who people also know as Mali, is the one running things here. Our address is a bit of a long one to write out: A/P Siddheshwar Kuroli, in the Tal Khatav area near Vaduj. Being in the Satara district of Maharashtra means we are right in the middle of where a lot of this wind energy work happens. It’s not like working in a big city like Mumbai. Here, it’s more about being out on the land and seeing how the wind moves. We aren't some massive utility company with a glass tower. We are local people working on local projects. The office is a simple place where we keep our maps and our records. Most of our time is spent outdoors or meeting with folks in the village. It can be a bit dusty and the roads aren't always great, but we like the work. We’ve been part of the Siddheshwar Kuroli community for a long time. People around here know Mr. Vikas and they know where to find us if they have questions about the wind turbines or the land. We don't use any fancy corporate language. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s important to us to just keep things moving and make sure the development work goes as planned. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't plan on moving anywhere else.
