Our company, Ssp Hospitality Private Limited, is located in Karad. We are situated at S No 24/1/2, right by Rukmini Garden, which is also called Rukmini Park. It’s on Wakan Road in the Mangalwar Peth area. If you know Satara, you know that 415110 is a pretty busy spot. Hospitality is what we do, so we are always thinking about how to take care of people and manage the spaces we have. It’s not a fancy corporate office. It’s more of a working space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Being near the garden makes the surroundings a little nicer, though we are usually too busy inside to notice. We have a small team here in Karad. We don't really go for those big mission statements or anything. We just want to make sure the guests are happy and the rooms or halls are ready. There is always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs adjusting. That is just the nature of this business. We have been at this location for a while and the locals know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra, just a reliable one here in Mangalwar Peth. We put in the hours, deal with the problems as they come up, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now and it feels like home.
