We are located over at Sahyog Society, Plot No-3, in the Pirwadi area of Satara. It's an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around. Working with Sona Alloys Pvt Ltd means we deal with a lot of heavy materials and heat every day. It is not the cleanest job in the world, but it is what we do here in Maharashtra. The shop floor is usually pretty busy with people moving stuff back and forth. We have been at this location for some time now. Some of the guys have been working here since the start. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our time is spent out where the machines are. You might find it a bit hard to find the plot if you haven't been to this part of Gorakhpur Pirwadi before, but once you're on the right street, it's easy to spot. We handle different kinds of metal work and try to keep the schedules moving so nobody is waiting too long. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, which keeps us on our toes. It's just a regular workplace where everyone knows their role and tries to get the day's tasks finished before the sun goes down. We're just trying to run a decent operation here without any fuss.
