Sneha Switchgear & Controls

Out here on Satara Road in Koregaon, things move at a bit of a different pace than the big cities. We’re located in the Satara district, and we’ve been working with switchgear and controls for a long time. It’s a lot of technical stuff, mostly dealing with electrical setups and making sure things work like they should. Our workshop isn't anything you'd see in a magazine; it's just a practical space where we get things done. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and fixing parts. The weather gets pretty warm here, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. People from around the district know where we are. We don’t really go in for big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who have dealt with us before. It’s a lot of hands-on labor. We make sure the controls are set right before anything leaves the shop. Sometimes the parts take a while to arrive because of where we are, but we manage. It’s a decent living, and we like being part of the local community here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There's no corporate ladder or big meetings, just the daily grind of assembly and testing. It suits us just fine. We have a few benches set up and some basic testing gear, and that’s about all we need to get through the day.
