Down here in Satara, specifically in the Nigdi area, you will find Shree Samarthdhara Agrotech Export Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our home base is at House No. 821, which is a familiar spot for the farmers we work with. Being a farmer producer company means we are really just a group of local people trying to make a living from the land. Satara is a beautiful place with a lot of history and even more farming. We don’t have a corporate office in a big city tower. Instead, we work right where the crops are grown. Some days are slow and some are incredibly busy depending on the harvest season. We talk a lot about the soil and the rain because that is what dictates our life. Inside House 821, there is always someone coming in to discuss seed quality or how the exports are looking for the next month. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls, just calendars and notes about delivery schedules. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we know our neighbors well. It’s about helping the local growers get their products out there. It takes a lot of hard work and many cups of tea to keep everything running. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just a solid group that helps the folks around Satara get a fair deal for their hard work.
