If you go down to the Shaniwar Peth Market Yard in Karad, you’ll find our office at 386/5. It’s a busy part of the Satara district and things are always moving there. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd has been operating out of this Maharashtra location for a bit. The market yard is always full of people and trucks, especially in the early mornings when the trade starts. It gets quite loud outside with all the shouting and engines, but we like the energy of the place. Our space is just a basic office. We handle our paperwork and have our team meetings right here in Karad. People around here know us as a big company, but we try to keep things simple and local in our day-to-day interactions. The 415110 area is basically home for us now. Dealing with local projects means we spend a lot of time out on sites, but Shaniwar Peth is where we come back to finish the day. It’s not a polished corporate tower or anything fancy like that. Just a practical room with some chairs, desks, and a lot of files. We’ve got some locals working here too, so the office has a very regional feel. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the market activities outside, but that is just how it is. We don't mind the grime. It’s a good spot to be if you want to be in the middle of everything happening in Tal Karad.
