Sgt Pharma

Sgt Pharma is based in Satara, specifically in the Karanje Pethe area. We are tucked away near the Bhairaonath Mandir. It’s a nice spot because the temple is right there, and it gives the whole area a bit of a calm feeling. People in Karanje Pethe are mostly locals who have lived here forever. We know the routines of the neighborhood pretty well by now. The bells from Bhairaonath Mandir are a regular sound for us. We aren't a massive company with a shiny glass building. We are just Sgt Pharma, working out of a space that fits what we need. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport links, but we don't mind the quiet. Sometimes we sit on the steps when it's not too hot. We spend our time checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. Satara can get pretty warm, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. Being near Bhairaonath Mandir means there are usually people around, especially on festival days. We just blend into the background of Karanje Pethe. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just have our small team and this building. It’s enough for us to get through the day and do what we need to.
