Phaltan is a quiet place mostly, but here at the distillery division in Satara, things stay busy enough. We have been at this spot for a while now. It is a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the gauges. Sometimes the trucks line up outside and it gets a bit crowded on the path, but everyone knows the routine. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It is an honest way to spend the day, working out here in Phaltan. Nothing too complicated about it, just a group of people making sure the distillery keeps moving along day after day without too much fuss.
